Poor service and not cooperating staff.
The room had not clean towels at the arrivals, we asked to change the room and they gave us another room half of the size, then offered to give the suit with a surcharge.
The last day the water wasn’t working for all day and we couldn’t shower, after waiting all day with immense discomfort the water was brown and full of residues.
The management offered two bottle of mineral water to wash….
We booked the day before leaving an extension of one day but after the discomfort we wanted to cancel and change the hotel and the management said that we couldn’t change because it was booked from trip.com
We contacted trip.com and they said that they contacted the hotel and they refused to cancel the extra night booked 24 hours before.
To add more, I brought my family with a overall booking of 3 rooms and 5 nights and they didn’t bother to cancel the reservation of the extra night, so we had to book another hotel with additional cost.
Worst hotel ever for service, the location is wonderful, they don’t deserve the place where they operate.
Highly NOT RECOMMENDED, location 4 stars, service 0 Star

If I go back to Turin, I will go back to this hotel. It is located in the old town, which is good for sightseeing, and the hotel was clean and comfortable. There was an issue with the recharge when I checked out, but it was resolved quickly.

I liked the hotel very much.
Clean and particular in the architecture.
The staff is very kind and I really liked the internal restaurant (bistro of a more famous starred one).

Excellent location in the historic center of Turin. We were able to visit absolutely everything on foot. Lots of restaurants, bars, cafes, Gellateria near the hotel. Paid underground and protected parking under the hotel. Modern, clean hotel. Very professional and friendly staff. Consistent and complete buffet breakfast. We will return to this hotel without any hesitation.

Nothing to say about the location or quality of the room, I had some problems with the elevator and the electronic room key, but I understand that technical problems can happen. For the rest, definitely a good hotel.
